Walter Borgen — East Volusia broker & property manager
Walter Borgen is a U.S. Air Force veteran, Florida real estate broker, investor, and property management professional with more than 20 years of experience serving East Volusia County — including Daytona Beach, Port Orange, Ormond Beach, and New Smyrna Beach.
After beginning his real estate career as an investor, Walter developed deep expertise helping investors purchase, sell, renovate, lease, and manage investment properties. Over his career he has overseen the management of thousands of residential properties and is known for practical guidance backed by real-world investment experience.
That same owner-operator mindset leads CLB Property Management today: locally owned, full-service rental management focused on protecting investments and delivering hands-off results for private landlords across Volusia County.
