Walter Borgen — East Volusia broker & property manager

Walter Borgen is a U.S. Air Force veteran, Florida real estate broker, investor, and property management professional with more than 20 years of experience serving East Volusia County — including Daytona Beach, Port Orange, Ormond Beach, and New Smyrna Beach.

After beginning his real estate career as an investor, Walter developed deep expertise helping investors purchase, sell, renovate, lease, and manage investment properties. Over his career he has overseen the management of thousands of residential properties and is known for practical guidance backed by real-world investment experience.

That same owner-operator mindset leads CLB Property Management today: locally owned, full-service rental management focused on protecting investments and delivering hands-off results for private landlords across Volusia County.

Operations Manager

Kaitlyn Cole

Kaitlyn Cole brings more than 10 years of property management experience to her role as Operations Manager. She began her career in multifamily housing as a leasing consultant before advancing to resident experience manager, assistant manager, and property manager for several Austin high-rises. In 2014, she transitioned to single-family property management in the Daytona Beach area. Kaitlyn holds a bachelor’s degree in social work and a Florida real estate license. Originally from Live Oak, Florida, she enjoys the variety and new challenges each day brings. Outside of work, Kaitlyn is an avid reader.

Property Manager

Janise Ezzo

Janise Ezzo has nine years of experience managing single-family homes and is passionate about supporting both property owners and residents. She takes pride in understanding their needs, building lasting relationships, and helping residents find a home that is right for them. Janise holds an associate degree in psychology and a Florida real estate license. She is also a REALTOR® and a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. A Port Orange native, Janise has extensive knowledge of the local area. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, visiting the beach, dining out, and staying involved in her community.

Assistant Property Manager

Shayla Lewis

Shayla Lewis brings more than four years of experience in residential property management, leasing, and commercial tenant representation. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, a master’s degree in organizational leadership, and a Florida real estate license. Her additional training includes commercial real estate fundamentals, asset management, and retail real estate. Shayla especially enjoys relationship-building, problem-solving, and helping owners and residents succeed in a fast-paced environment. Originally from Tampa, she moved to Daytona Beach in 2010 for college and made the area her home. She enjoys family time, concerts, trying new restaurants, and continuing her professional education.

Leasing Agent

Cathy D’Loughy

Cathy D’Loughy brings 37 years of property management experience to her role as a part-time Leasing Agent. Licensed in real estate since 1992, she spent more than 30 years specializing in the apartment management industry. Her extensive experience and knowledge allow her to provide friendly, professional assistance to prospective residents throughout the showing and leasing process. Originally from New York, Cathy has lived and worked in Central Florida for 39 years and has developed a strong familiarity with the community. She now enjoys supporting the team part-time while embracing semi-retired life in Margaritaville.

Marketing

Jessica Arnold

Jessica Arnold is a marketing and graphic design professional with more than 20 years of experience helping businesses communicate with professionalism and impact. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Bryant University, with concentrations in marketing and computer information systems. Her career spans newspapers, magazines, design studios, printing companies, freelance projects, and the real estate industry. This diverse background allows Jessica to combine strategic marketing, business knowledge, real estate insight, and professional design expertise. She enjoys a challenge and approaches every project from the client’s perspective, listening carefully to their goals and creating polished, effective materials tailored to their needs.
